Middle Cove Newfoundland in Canada. Not so many surfers up in this area but Sea going Kayakers love it when the waves are like this. This wave was created by offshore storm activity about 450 miles away from the day before. It generally takes about 12 hours for the activity to effect swell size close to land. It's not the size of the wave that I look for it's the size of the Blowback as it hits the cliff wall going upward and rebounding and actually goes backwards until it maxes out in height and collapses in on itself.
