Guernsey Surf Forecast map for predicting the best wave and wind conditions across the region. For surfers, the map shows the most powerful swell tracking across near-shore open water and not the peak waves experienced by boats out at sea. Move your mouse over the ocean swell symbols or the surf breaks on the coastline to see a more detailed surf forecast including wave period and wind conditions. The forecast updates every 6 hours and most live weather reports update every hour. You can animate the Guernsey Surf map or show live wind and wave conditions as reported from wavebuoys and local weather stations. Surf breaks shown along the Guernsey coastline are also listed below.

Guernsey Surf Breaks

Guernsey offers some epic waves all year around, with untapped reefs waiting to be conquered. W Atlantic swells offer the best waves. Most of the island will have a rideable wave on a good swell. Dom Hue is the premiere wave of the island offering a variety of waves throughout mid to high tide, a big wave spot usually left to the more experienced riders. Perelle Bay in general offers a wide array of surf for the advanceed rider. Vazon bay is where the more mellow surfer should head, the rights at the north are best. A high tide here hits the seawall.
