“Don't come here to surf, it's a bad vibe. This place could handle about 10-15 surfers comfortably, but there are almost always 50+. People pay surf "instructors" to push them into the lineup and hold that spot, so you can never get a turn on the wave. It's also very dangerous with so many people and beginners. Lots of injuries from collisions probably happen here. The only way I could imagine surfing here is being really skilled and able to dodge everyone and catch the waves near the rocks so you have priority, or bribe an "instructor" to hold your spot in the lineup. Overall bad vibe. Oh yeah, and one of the locals told me to leave, I guess because I'm not a local and not Mexican.”
