“Ditch Plains is a great beach that breaks quite consistently (compared with most East Coast locations), I was lucky enough to hit it end of August last year right as a hurricane came up off the cost and there were double over head conditions with sunshine.

The life guards are a pain in the f&*ing ass unless your a local and know them. Of course it can get insanely crowded so get to the beach around 7am and surf to noon and have a good morning session with low crowds. It gets crazy mid day.

The grub at the health food store in town and herbs market are both better cheap-ish options then the Ditch Witch truck @ Ditch Plains (I just don't understand the fascination with that).

Also the parking is retarded, stay in a house that is walking distance. Or make sure where ever your staying has permits for here otherwise forget it (you will get ticketed.... a lot).

Beware of rocks and yuppies.”
