“Having surfed in Holland MI for 10 years I can say you cannot judge it on one go as any surf break. It’s unfortunately susceptible to high onshore winds a lot of the time but not always. When the right conditions do line up most likely swell from the NW surfing on the south side produces some perfect long rides.”

“Holland has a relatively reliable break; May and June being our slow months. The south side of the pier offers very clean, good-sized waves, up to 25 times per year. The north side of the pier offers good waves about 15 times per year and can be very big: up to 10ft and good surfable waves. Hallelujah for Holland.”
