Morcego in Santa Catarina - Norte is an exposed beach and point break. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. The best wind direction is from the west with some shelter here from north winds. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the ideal swell angle is from the southeast. The beach breaks peel to the left and there is also a left hand point break. Crowds are never a problem here.
